Domestic Shipping

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order. Shipping times vary; for standard UPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date. For UPS 2Day, delivery will occur 2 business days after your order has been processed. Please note UPS does not deliver on weekends.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, KARA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

International Shipping

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary. International Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express Saver.

Taxes and Customs

Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.  KARA is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order. If shipment is refused we will refund you for the value of the shipment less the amount of the return shipping charge.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. KARA is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers or customs clearance. KARA is also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Return Policy

Returns

DUE TO EXTRA SAFETY MEASURES WE ARE TAKING TO KEEP OUR WAREHOUSE (AND YOU!) SAFE, PLEASE ALLOW A FEW WEEKS TO COMPLETE RETURNS PROCESSING. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE IN ADVANCE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE EMAIL info@KARAstore.com.

We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.  To complete a return email info@KARAstore.com with your Order Number and reason for return. We will email you with a return confirmation number which must be included in your return shipment. Returns must be mailed within 15 days of receiving your return confirmation number. Returns mailed more than 15 days after the date of your return confirmation will not be accepted. Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Please note ! Items sold during a Sale with “Final Sale” marked on the product page are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for the return process.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before you refund is officially posted.

Damages

If you receive a damaged order, email us at info@KARAstore.com.

Lost or Missing Packages

We’d be happy to help you locate your package. First, please follow these steps:

1. Verify the shipping address on the order confirmation email and confirm that it matches your place of residence/business.

2. Double-check your back door and/or your mailbox, mail room, or receiving office. The courier may have dropped the package off at a location they thought to be safer.

3. Determine if your family, housemates, or neighbors signed for the package upon delivery.

4. If you know the person who delivers your mail, ask them to confirm where and when the package was delivered.

Please note, that you the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damages and/or lost shipments. Ultimately, KARA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we’ll do our best to help you through the process.

 

Product Care

KARA carefully selects the finest materials to guarantee our manufacturing standards. Grain and color variations are a natural characteristic which make each item unique. To care for and extend the life of your product, prevent exposure to direct light, heat and humidity. Avoid contact with water, cosmetics and oil-based substances. To remove stains, other than permanent dyes, gently dab with a clean dry cloth and mild leather cream. The care with which you use to look after your bag will preserve it’s quality.

Our design and production process emphasizes quality and durability. Each KARA bag is made from hand-selected materials that are thoughtfully sourced. To ensure high quality production, we work closely with our manufacturing team- visiting the factory frequently, rigorously monitoring quality control and continuously looking for ways to improve construction. Our goal is to create products customers will use and enjoy over time.

We are aware of dealers worldwide selling imitation KARA products on the market. We want to protect our customers from purchasing KARA product that is not genuine. To guarantee the authenticity of your purchase, we recommend customers to always buy product either directly from KARA, on our website or from our global retail partners listed on the Stockist page.
